Event Trailers

Our event trailers (a.k.a. party trailers) will keep any event cool. We deliver them full of ice, and pick up the trailer after the event. Some of our customers that use our event trailers include:

FAQs

Is there a minimum order of ice for event trailers?

Event trailers require a minimum order of 1,000 lbs. Not sure how much ice 1,000 lbs. is? Take a look at our ice chart.

Do the event trailers require a special plug/outlet?

They require a standard 110V plug, preferably on a designated outlet. If the event trailer requires an extension cord, we ask that you please provide your own (preferably a 10-12 gauge).

What if my event trailer runs out of ice? Will you make a special trip to fill it up again?

It is a minimum refill order of 600 lbs, and we will bring it to you and refill the event trailer.

Is there a delivery charge?

There is no charge for the initial delivery, or with any refill orders, for the duration of the event.

How much of an advanced notice do I need to give?

Event trailers are first come first serve, so if you want to make sure you have an event trailer on a specific date, reserve it as soon as possible.

Can I pick up the event trailer?

We deliver the event trailer to your location, and pick it up after the event.

How long can I keep the event trailer?

It depends on the event. Please call for details.
